Business Development and Project Management support (m/f/d)

ProLicht UK Ltd is part of the ProLicht group. We produce, install and maintain Corporate Identity Signage all over the world. We need you to assist us in growing our UK business.

Main purpose of the job

  • Assist in growing our sales programme in the UK and help us grow organically.

  • Assist in delivering and overseeing a signage programme in the UK area, ensuring a high quality output and that all works are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Technical Responsibilities

  • Oversee the effective, compliant and timely delivery of Signage in accordance with the requirements, complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental standards and policies.

  • Monitor Supply Chain service delivery, quality and safe working to ensure all performance indicators are consistently achieved.

  • Work and document works, using the ERP system in a timely manner.

People Responsibilities

  • Understand operational priorities, develop and maintain close working and effective relationships with customers and provide professional and technical advice as required.

Commercial Responsibilities

  • Manage cost and stakeholder expectation through excellent communication and sound commercial decisions to ensure value for money.

  • Ensuring participation in tender processes and assist in completing them.

  • Actively look for sales opportunities and engage in client meetings to increase the business volume.

  • Readiness to travel.

Essential

Experience of supervising site operations, including:

  • Planning and controlling activities

  • Agreeing scope and priorities of work.

  • Proactive performance management.

  • Ability to solve problems and make decisions.

Desirable

  • Good working knowledge of CDM regulations

  • Ability to do graphic and visual work.

  • Familiarity with geography and establishments within area of responsibility.
